At Encompass Engineering Solutions, we take systematic approaches to develop comprehensive engineering solutions for our clients; guiding projects from conception through final closeout with end-user involvement. Our team tackles difficult tasks, daily, by viewing each issue from a unique perspective -allowing years of expertise as designers, builders, engineers and owners to approach each opportunity with an effective and efficient solution.
Our team focuses on continuous collaboration and communication throughout the process to achieve mutual success for our clients and our firm.
The Encompass Engineering team has acquired decades of skills not only pertaining to their engineering specialties, but also years of management of our supporting engineering disciplines. Our designers and engineers have a passion to understand the needs and design tasks of our clients and fellow engineers as their own concepts and designs develop. Our goal is not to await a request to perform a task, but be prepared to offer an immediate and effective response when requested - with our partners' goals in mind - in a team-oriented and comprehensive manner.
We understand that time is critical in flow and efficiency of the design process and rapid-response to design tasks from other team members is crucial. Understanding another team member could possibly be at a stand-still awaiting a simple result from another's progress is a small, yet critical, aspect of what we do. Having spent over 20 years as a mechanical engineer, with 10+ years leading multi-discipline design teams through hundreds of projects, Mr. Henry has developed a keen ability to plan for the needs of the entire A/E design team, allowing our firm to be prepared to quickly and seamlessly direct and assist in the ultimate goal of another successful relationship and project. It's not simple.
It is effective. It is efficient.
Encompass Engineering Solutions is licensed in multiple states throughout the Southeast and Midwest allowing our team to provide engineering services when and where our partners need us.
