The Encompass Engineering team has acquired decades of skill that not only pertain to their engineering specialty, but also years of design and management of supporting engineering disciplines.  Our designers and engineers do not rely on end-responses such as "What were the other designers thinking"?  Rather, our team possesses the skills and training to understand the needs and design tasks of our fellow engineers as their own concepts and designs develop.  Our goals is not to await a request to perform a task, but be well prepared to offer the response when requested.

We understand that time is critical in flow and efficiency of the design process and rapid-response to design tasks from other team members is critical.  Understanding that another team member could possibly be at a stand-still awaiting a simple result from another's progress is a small detail, but critical aspect of what we do.  Having spent over 20 years as a mechanical engineer with 10+ years leading multi-discipline design teams through hundreds of projects, Mr. Henry has developed a keen ability to plan for the needs of the entire design group allowing our firm to be prepared to quickly and seemlessly direct and assist in the ultimate goal of another successful project and relationship.
