Energy Conservation / Envelope Consulting

• Our team has been proven to reduce the unseen construction cost savings by over 20% through in-depth code analysis and alternative construction approaches.  In addition, we provide feasibility and due diligence studies for prospective properties with full owner involvement.

Whole-Building and System-Specific Energy Analysis and Modeling

• Whether it be tax incentives, LEED requirements or simply the desire to do things the right way, energy consumption is deeply considered and extremely important to each project.  Our energy managers prepare project energy models daily on a multitude of projects resulting in many exceeding expectations of clients and team partners.

LEED v3 and v4 Consulting and Administration

• Success has been verified in multiple Sustainable and LEED projects ranging from LEED Certified to Gold Building ratings.  LEED certification is not viewed as simply “clicking the check-boxes”, but a relationship with the entire project team involving detailed collaboration with all participants.  With the implementation of new energy codes, construction methods and more aggressive LEED v4 criteria , our LEED Administrators are well versed in all aspects of the USGBC criteria to grow your Environmental and Energy goals and ensure an effective approach to gaining LEED certification.  Please allow our LEED administrators to be part of your team early and often to ensure your long term LEED certification objective comes to fruition.

Full Systems Commissioning and Retro-Commissioning

• We realize commissioning, no matter the depth, is a crucial and key component to a long-term installation and reduced energy costs for the life of the project. With on-staff Certified Building Commissioning Professionals, we are able to provide the owner and end-user with a concept and installation that is fully realized through the life of a facilities use.  Commissioning is not considered a task performed at the end of a project but involves itself from the concept phase throughout design, construction and end-use.

• On-staff Energy Star Services Providers.

Building Assessment

• Full facility review including intensive on-site due diligence, energy and code compliance assessment for current or pre-ownership.

Plumbing and Domestic Water Systems

• Domestic water, waste and vent, process piping, compressed air, natural gas and hazardous waste design.

Sprinkler / Fire Protection

• Sprinkler system design per local codes and ordinances.
